My 8 PM Rule

Are you someone that is easily able to get the proper rest you need? Or does stress impact your ability to get a good night’s sleep?

As a busy mom and entrepreneur it is easy to be the latter of the two, I know I was. You eat, sleep, and breathe work. You work two full time jobs as a parent and business owner. And even when you go to bed your mind is still on the go.

In this moment, you need to Press Pause.

Press Pause and make an 8 PM rule. This means at 8 PM each night it's time to start your nightly wind down. This means not going back to do work even though it's tempting. Doing so will only reenergize your brain when it needs the rest.
